Depositions place this later between 9:30 and 9:35. Yes, I saw the caveat at the bottom of the board re: 'approximate' times but 10 minutes is a lot of leeway.

Witness depositions, and till receipts, suggest that that time was closer to 22h00.

P.S.: That’s where Gerry betrays himself. He states that when he looked into the room, he remembers thinking how beautiful Madeleine was and how much he loved her and how proud he was to be the father of three beautiful children. Gerry says that he felt that when he “looked into the bedroom”. Just watch the documentary again.

Moreover, he says that with respect to Madeleine she was in the same position where he had left her at the beginning of the night. Madeleine was lying down on her left side, completely uncovered, i.e. lying on top of the covers with the soft toy and blanket, both pink, next to her head; he does not know if they were in the position that can be seen in the photograph attached to the files.

They used Mr Smiths statement in their efforts to show Tanner's Bundleman is the same person...they even used the same actor!!

However Smith does NOT describe the same man! Furthermore Mr Smith describes the man as carrying the child differently to how they've portrayed it in the documentary.
