HALLIGEN:MADELEINE MCCANN FUND CROOK FACES EXTRADITION TO US

OXFORD; DUBLIN; LEICESTER. A security consultant who allegedly defrauded the Madeleine McCann fund has appeared in court accused of swindling a company out of £1.2million. Kevin Halligen, 48, allegedly conned Dutch firm Trafigura by claiming he could secure the release of their employees from an Ivory Coast jail.
